The Outward Bound Trust of Hong Kong is partnering with various sponsors to offer 12 female students the opportunity to attend a unique and innovative pilot programme aimed at empowering participants with the confidence and aspiration to succeed in their future careers and overcome barriers to advancing in leadership.

Empowering and Advancing Women in Leadership Programme 2016

The programme is specifically developed for female undergraduate students aged between 18 and 21, and will address gender issues.

The programme is an 8-day expedition on ‘Spirit of Outward Bound Hong Kong’, their flagship round-the-world sailing vessel.
