With Artificial Intelligence (AI) set to revolutionize education, HKU ITS is providing selected large-language models, embedding, and image generation models, powered by Microsoft’s Azure and Google’s Vertex AI services, for staff and students to prepare for the future and reap benefits from the immense potential AI has to offer. Limited to teaching, learning, work and research-related purposes only, these AI assistants can help users resolve queries and assist in tasks.
GenAI Web App
A user-friendly AI platform for text generation and image creation, accessible via simple web interface.
Availability
- Staff – Unlimited requests per day (ChatGPT) / 70 requests per week (Image generation)
- Students – Up to 500,000 tokens a month for both web apps.
