Who is this event for?
This workshop is open to all staff interested in academic advising for undergraduate students.
What is the aim of this event?
The overall aim of the workshop is to provide updates on academic advising resources and to encourage sharing of practices. Come with cases and comments you would like to share with other academic advisers and staff of the Academic Advising Office during the workshop.
What will I learn about?
- New online academic advising resources to help students and quick tips for FAQs by students
- Updated academic advising tools in the Student Information System
- Recent finding from focus groups on students’ experiences with academic advising
