The Common Core, in support of connecting student learning to the wider world and of the University of Hong Kong’s commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, has aligned courses across all four Areas of Inquiry (AoIs) with appropriate SDGs. This will provide students who are interested with one coherent pathway through the Common Core and will prepare us for a larger discussion about clustering other types of courses or forming a minor in Common Core Interdisciplinary Studies.
