TDG – Multidisciplinary Medication Safety Learning

Abstract

It is important to help health care professionals (pharmacists, doctors, and nurse), to build up a mindset of protecting patients from medication errors as their first priority in their daily real-life practicing. To enhance our education of the health care professional-in-training on the proper awareness of medication safety in their training years, an interactive computer-based learning module, named “Multidisciplinary Medication Safety Learning”, is developed on Moodle for a new blended interdisciplinary team-based learning approach among these three professionally related student cohorts.
